Eligibility: Free for Australian not-for-profits and social enterprises with a core focus on social/societal objectives.

Recent discussions with Australian not-for-profit organizations (NFPs) have revealed a strong interest in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to further their missions, coupled with concerns about potential risks and organizational readiness. As AI technologies, particularly large language models (LLMs), gain traction in corporate and public sectors, NFPs are increasingly concerned about technological disparities.

This online session will cover:

  • Fundamentals of AI systems
  • Capabilities of AI, with emphasis on LLMs
  • AI opportunities specific to the NFP sector
  • Strategies for safe and responsible AI implementation

The session is designed for both technical and non-technical participants, with no prior AI or machine learning knowledge required.

Gradient Institute is able to provide this training free-of-charge through the support of a grant from Google.org, Google’s charitable arm.
